Our main goal is providing good quality products and customer satisfaction. If the item is unused and for any reason you are unhappy with the product, we will gladly process a return or an exchange within the first 14 days of receiving your order. To start the return process, email us at dewnailpolish@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description.

If you paid via credit card then your refunds will be issued back to the credit card you used to pay for your order. We can only refund the credit card you used to complete your purchase and we can only issue a refund for the total of the purchase price. All refunds should appear back on your credit card within 3-5 business days. If for any reason the refund does not show up, then please contact dewnailpolish@gmail.com

If you paid via PayPal then when a refund is issued it will show up almost immediately. PayPal makes this process quick and transparent and you should see the money in your account right away.

All US domestic shipping use Fedex, USPS, UPS. Shipping calculated at check out.

All international customers can use DHL Express. Shipping costs may vary. You can get estimated shipping costs at the cart page - Delivery up to 7-10 business days. Some countries may require import fees, which customer will be responsible for. These fees are not included in shipping costs.
